Effective May 11, 2025, we will implement a policy regarding no-show appointments. Customers who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will incur a charge of 30% of the service fee. 

To help us serve you better, we request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show. Last-minute cancellations can disrupt our operations and affect other clients.

Additionally, please arrive on time, as a delay of more than 20 minutes will be considered a no-show.
