Effective May 11, 2025. Anna Bella Med Spa will be implementing a new policy regarding no-show appointments. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 30% of the service fee. To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will also be considered a no-show. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, any membership cancellations will incur a 30% cancellation fee. These policies help us provide the best possible experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
